VISUAL ANALYSIS: limpid, ruby, quite thick
OLFACTORY ANALYSIS : herbaceous(green pepper, walnut husk), distinct scents(butter, grenn wood), fruity, flowery; at the nose, it seems a green pepper which provokes itchiness
GUSTATIVE ANALYSIS : at the mouth, it still needs to develop its best characteristics

WINE-FOOD COMBINATION: —————

•MY PERSONAL OPINION: a wine which has not achieved its better conditions, then it is necessary to wait 18-24 months to receiveve likeable surprises.

VISUAL ANALYSIS: cristal clear, straw yellow, quite thick
OLFACTORY ANALYSIS : fruity(white fig, half-ripe banana, candied fruit), herbaceous, distinct scents(crystallized sugar, green wood), flowery(wild flowers); at the olfactory analysis, we perceive a strong presence of wood highlighting the sweet tendency of the barrique
GUSTATIVE ANALYSIS : at the gustative analysis, it demonstrates a good structure which is not typological as regards a chardonnay, even if a chardonnay coming from the New World; the palatable final is with lemon

WINE-FOOD COMBINATION: half-ripe cheese

MY PERSONAL OPINION: at the nose is sociable and at the mouth is heavy, then it is necessary to find the ideal matching; it could be a half-ripe cheese with a good velvety capable of counterbalance the acidty of the wine. The combination gives you a harmonic taste which reminds us the Caribbean flavour of coconut milk.
