VISUAL ANALYSIS: crystal clear, golden yellow, quite thick
OLFACTORY ANALYSIS :  fruity(yellow dry fruit, lemon), distinct scents(honey, Chantilly cream), spicy(vanilla), flowery(yellow flowers), herbaceous(tea’s leaves, camomille); at the nose, it introduces himself without playing its cards
GUSTATIVE ANALYSIS : at the mouth, it is surprising: a great persistence and a finale very correspondent with a candied lemon and honey. One of a few Chilean late harvest which gives you much more at the mouth than at the nose

WINE-FOOD COMBINATION : blue cheese

MY PERSONAL OPINION: a wine which corresponds to the late harvest characteristics by the olfactory and gustative points of view. The matching with the blue cheese is spectacular: the salty of the cheese counterbalances the sweet of the wine; the sweet softness of the wine compensates the succulence of the cheese; the two persistences – olfactory and gustative – are harmonized until the end. What a nice wine at only 7 euros! For that reason, why spending the whole life looking for a beautiful girlfriend if after having found her you will account that it is not the label which characterizes and value the product.

VISUAL ANALYSIS: limpid, ruby, quite thick
OLFACTORY ANALYSIS :  fruity(wild strawberry, cherry, blueberries), herbaceous(undergrowth), flowery(rose, violet); at the nose, it results to be on the average and maybe not totally open, but with a primordial sensation of red fruit and roses flowering
GUSTATIVE ANALYSIS : at the mouth, the tannic trace is to much marked and the mineral salty is excessive; the finale is particular and lightly bitter for the tannin

WINE-FOOD COMBINATION : underdone steak

MY PERSONAL OPINION: with an underdone steak or an empanada de pino casera could be really set up a great couple. Anyway, it is like going to the Easter Island to appreciate the statuesque magnificence of a Moai and discovering that these sculptures are the guilty of the island deforestation

VISUAL ANALYSIS: crystal clear, intense straw yellow, quite flowing
OLFACTORY ANALYSIS : fruity(yellow plum, lemon, almond), distinct scents(caramel), toasted, spicy(vanilla), flowery(daisy, wild flowers); at the nose, a rich and pleasant fresh fruit accompanies an almond with caramel and a tip of toasted smell
GUSTATIVE ANALYSIS : at the mouth, it is soft with a good persistent to be a white wine; the finale is smooth with that almond sensation which appealed me; if it is allowed to make a sort of parallelism I can affirm that it reminds me a Nuraghe from Sardigna

WINE-FOOD COMBINATION: antipasto di mare caldo (typical Italian appetizer)

MY PERSONAL OPINION: a silken white wine which is so soft and lightly vigorous to be married to a first sea-course not very important or to a antipasto di mare following the typical Italian recipe. The sensation which transmits this wine is like going to a party without being invited and after a few minutes accounting to be the special guest
