VISUAL ANALYSIS: brilliant, intense straw yellow, quite thick
OLFACTORY ANALYSIS : aromatic, fruity(apple, pear, white peach, lemon), herbaceous(grass, mint), spicy(sweet spicies), flowery(flowers); at the olfactory analysis, I like the muscat’s aromatic very much, which not being common in the Chilean late harvest, it constitutes an increasing factor to this wine
GUSTATIVE ANALYSIS : at the gustative analysis, it is vigorous, balanced, persistent, that’s to say it achieves almost the top of the requirements which has been asked; the end is aromatic, herbaceous and fruity
WINE-FOOD COMBINATION : blue cheese
MY PERSONAL OPINION: I spend positive words for the muscat’s aromatic scent that we recognise at the olfactory analysis and at the gustative analysis as well; at the olfactory analysis I have been waiting for something more but at the gustative analysis it is greatest in every parameters; it does not receive the best evaluation because it lacks of the better expression at the olfactory exam

GRAPES: cabernet sauvignon 50% + shiraz 45% + merlot 5%
VISUAL ANALYSIS: limpid, ruby, quite flowing
OLFACTORY ANALYSIS : toasted(sweet chocolate), fruity(blueberry, red dry plum, wood strawberries), spicy(cinnamon, black pepper, clove), flowery(rose, violet), distinct scents(mint’s flavour), herbaceous(lawn); in the olfactory analysis, there is a big variety of scents and the wood is well amalgamated
GUSTATIVE ANALYSIS : at the gustative analysis, a great mineral sensation and a pronounced tannin and softly invasive; the finale is with fruit and spicies
WINE-FOOD COMBINATION: carne mechada (typical Chilean red meat dish)
MY PERSONAL OPINION: a wine that at the gustative analysis is displaced towards the hard substances and this is not typical for a red wine; nevertheless at the olfactory analysis is very pleasant and as regards the wine-food combination is ideal for the red meat; if the olfactory sensations received their confirmation at the gustative analysis, this wine would be a champion; in spite of what I have just mentioned, this wine results to be a good wine in all its parameters
SAUVIGNON BLANC INDÓMITA

VISUAL ANALYSIS: crystal clear, straw yellow with greenish reflexes, quite thick
OLFACTORY ANALYSIS : fruity(green apple, pineapple), herbaceous(grass), flowery(flowers); there is not a big range of scents at the olfactory analysis
GUSTATIVE ANALYSIS : at the gustative analysis, it is almost with asperity for a small excess of herbaceous; the acidity is too much supported; the end is so herbaceous that seems to masticate the grass
WINE-FOOD COMBINATION: antipasto di frutti di mare (Italian dish)
MY PERSONAL OPINION: a sauvignon which lacks of its own typical scents as for example the tomate leaf but the herbaceous confirms its presence at the gustative analysis accompanied by a very noticeable acidity that makes it perfect for the combination with shellfish
