VISUAL ANALYSIS: quite limpid(petillant), intense straw yellow, quite thick
OLFACTORY ANALYSIS : intense, complex, fine
DESCRIPTION : sundry smells(butter, wood, honey, talc), fruity(candied lemon, yellow peach, mango, maracujá), mineral, flowery(yellow rose)
GUSTATIVE ANALYSIS : dry, warm, quite soft fresh, tasty / vigorous quite balanced, intense, persistent(8), fine
FINAL CONSIDERATIONS : mature, quite harmonious
EVALUATION 88
- At the nose, it is a sort of closed tower with all the secrets and in the moment of the opening of the main door, the mysteries are disclosed and the olfactory sensations are wonderful
- Great tasty at the mouth with a final wood-lemon-peach flavoured which take our imagination towards a yellow fruit salad
- EVOLUTION : mature
- PRICE-QUALITY COMPARISON: good
- WINE-FOOD COMBINATION: curanto (typical Chilean dish)
- MY PERSONAL OPINION: the wine represents a bet which is gained. Venturing so far from the more common wine zones, to create a wine which does not envy anything to the best European chardonnay, is the attained goal by these oenological pioneers in the south of Chile
